Lund University has proudly secured third place globally in the QS Sustainability Rankings, competing against 1,750 institutions worldwide.

This remarkable achievement reflects the university's unwavering commitment to sustainability, driven by strategic investments in the IIIEE and other interdisciplinary initiatives, such as Sustainability Forum, LUCSUS, CEC, and the Agenda 2030 initiatives.

These efforts have positioned Lund University as a global leader in sustainability. Looking ahead, the IIIEE sees great potential to further advance the research frontier and is excited to do so in collaboration with other interdisciplinary centers at Lund University.
