On 8-10 April 2025, the IIIEE is hosting a conference with more than 500 researchers and practitioners working with sustainable consumption. The conference is arranged by SCORAI Europe 2025 in Lund and online participation is possible.

SCORAI (Sustainable Consumption Research and Action Initiative) is an international knowledge network dedicated to fostering a flourishing and ecologically-sound society by transforming consumption patterns. MISTRA Sustainable Consumption, Sweden’s largest research program on sustainable consumption (2018-2025), aims to facilitate a shift towards more sustainable consumption in Sweden by expanding knowledge on practices currently adopted by a few and making them more widespread. The EU 1.5° Lifestyles project, funded under Horizon 2020 (2021-2025), brings together institutions from seven EU countries to promote a transition towards lifestyles in the EU aligned with the 1.5°C warming limit set in the Paris Agreement.

The conference program promises 50 scientific sessions and 20 workshops with the latest knowledge in 'Mainstreaming Sustainable Consumption' as well as lively discussions about what comes next.
